Better Years, Shared
Modern longevity for you + the ones you share your life with.
Longevity is not a side project. It is how you live, what you put in your body, and the standard you set for everyone who shares your home.
Science keeps making the same point: households are linked systems.
In a 2019 Scientific Reports study, researchers measured long-term stress using hair cortisol in dogs and their owners. Across seasons, dogs’ cortisol levels tracked with their owners’. The dogs’ activity and training load did not explain it. The finding: dogs largely mirror the long-term stress physiology of the people they live with (Sundman et al., 2019).
That is not a cute anecdote. It is a biological argument for shared standards.
If your nervous system, sleep, recovery, and daily inputs shape the climate of the home, your pet is not living in a separate wellness universe. They are living in yours.
A longevity lifestyle for humans without the same seriousness for pets is an incomplete strategy.
Who it’s for
People who take care of themselves, read ingredients, refuse mystery blends, and want clean, intentional formulas with real outcomes. If you hold a high bar for your own stack, do not lower it at the food bowl.
Shared environment
Companion animals share our schedules, stress climate, and household norms. Longevva is built as a household practice: raise your foundational inputs, raise the same quality bar for dogs and cats with species-true formulas, refuse the false choice between serious human nutrition and the cute pet aisle.
One house
Longevva for adults. LongevvaPet for dogs and cats (CortiCanis / CortiFelis). Same philosophy. Same quality bar. Never cross species. Better years, shared.
